There is a particular stillness to Si Racha before sunrise. The coastal air off the Gulf of Thailand carries a faint salt edge, the streets are quiet, and the sky shifts from deep blue to pale orange in the space of a few minutes. It is into this stillness that FrankRunClub arrives every Sunday at 05:45, lacing up not just for the run, but for something they have been quietly building since September 2025: a space that belongs to the people of Chonburi and Si Racha. Founded by Jakkapan with a straightforward intention, the crew was never about race results or fitness targets. Instead, it started with a feeling shared by a small group who wanted somewhere to move their bodies and get to know their neighbours. What grew from that idea was gradual and organic. Around 50 people now run with FrankRunClub, drawn from across the region, with more faces showing up each week by word of mouth. In a region where organised running culture is still finding its footing, that consistency matters more than any marketing campaign. The runs are accessible by design, sprints and short distances at an easy, conversational pace. Nobody is dropped. After the run, coffee, food, and stretching sessions extend the morning and deepen the connections that form on the road. Beerzabrunning Club was founded in May 2025 by Banyapon in Si Racha, Thailand, as a space where running feels good and pressure disappears. With around ten members and growing, this crew runs easy, stays together, and believes the best part of any run is finishing as a group. Every Sunday at 06:30, they gather at Khao Chalak for relaxed trail runs through forested paths, followed by coffee and real conversations. Beerzabrunning Club embodies a simple philosophy: move at your own pace, enjoy the moment, and never leave anyone behind. The vibe is chill, the judgment is zero, and the community is warm. Six-thirty on a Sunday morning in Si Racha, and most of the city is still asleep. Outside Themood.sriracha, a small group laces up, laughs quietly, and gets ready to move. Nobody checks a pace app. Nobody warms up with serious intent. They are here because the week was long, the office relentless, and this is the reset. When Mean and Porsche founded Antitired Running Club in July 2025, they were thinking about a different kind of fatigue: the tiredness that accumulates behind a desk, the weight of deadlines and screens, the particular drain that builds across a working week. The run gets you out of your head. The coffee keeps you there, present, talking, laughing. Together they form something closer to a weekly ritual than a training session. Around a dozen members run with Antitired now, a cross-section of Si Racha's working population: city runners, beginners, people who have never raced, people just starting to wonder if they could. What they share is not a training background but a schedule and a need. There is no formal registration, no fee. The vibe is warm without performance. They run at a pace that allows conversation, then drink coffee and keep talking. Week after week, something real builds without anyone having to try particularly hard. Five friends in Rayong, Thailand, Boom, Boat, Ness, Gid, and Poom, launched SLY Running Crew in April 2025 with a philosophy as unconventional as their name: "Training for the Zombie Apocalypse." The message strips away running culture's obsession with metrics and intimidation. Instead, SLY offers runs that vary in pace and distance, but always end the same way: with friends you didn't have before you started. Now roughly 60 runners gather every Sunday at 06:00, led by SLY founders and captains like Sun, Boom, Nine, Kaeng, P'KT, and others sly crew, through Rayong's Old Town streets, coastal roads along the Gulf, and hill trails. Membership is completely open, no fees, no pace requirements, no fitness tests. Women, men, LGBTQ+ runners, families, and beginners all belong. Post-run culture matters just as much as the miles: coffee, brunch, yoga, and stretching sessions extend the community time. SLY positions itself as invested in Rayong itself, supporting local cafés and markets, proving that running crews only truly succeed when they strengthen the neighborhoods they call home. Weekly schedule: • Sunday 6:00 AM — Group run at Easy,Moderate Short,Medium,Long Run (empty string) Whole Year Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sly.runningcrew Free to join.
