Weekly Schedule Tuesday – 6:15pm (Track Session) Open to all levels, these sessions focus on improving speed, endurance and overall fitness in a supportive setting. Thursday – 7:00pm (ViewTube) A choice of 5K or 10K routes, suitable for runners of all paces. Sunday – 9:00am (ViewTube) Long-distance runs ranging from 10K to 20+ miles, ideal for those training for races or building endurance. Saturday – 9:00am (Wanstead Flats parkrun) Join the group at parkrun for a sociable Saturday morning run.
