UoB Cool Runnings is the University of Birmingham’s social running club and the participation wing of the University Athletics Club. It is designed to be pressure-free, friendly, and inclusive, welcoming runners of all abilities from complete beginners to experienced athletes. The club emphasizes low-cost participation, campus-based running, Couch to 5K, and a strong social side with regular non-running socials. Free to join unless the club notes otherwise.
