Social Running Crew Seoul
Social Running Crew Seoul is a running club in Seoul, South Korea. Social Running Crew Seoul started with a radical idea in April 2014: running is a social act, not a performance. Founded on the belief that running belongs in everyday life, the crew has built a 60-member community in their 20s drawn from all walks of life. There are no fixed rules, no race times, no pressure to perform. Instead, members gather for movement and genuine connection. The vibe is family-like, with coffee before and beer after each run. Every Tuesday at 20:00, No Rules Tuesday takes members through Seoul's hidden downtown streets. Every other Saturday, Guest Runs welcome newcomers to experience the crew's philosophy firsthand.
