Founded on the belief that progress comes through discipline and positive energy, the crew has grown to 215 runners strong, each moving at their own rhythm while staying committed to moving forward together. In Perlis, Malaysia's northernmost state, North Flow means running your own flow while embracing the shared milestone of Sunday's 05:00 tempo run.
