How do I find a running club near me?

Search your city on Run Frens or use the run clubs finder at runfrens.com/clubs. Each public club has its own page with location, pace, meeting days, and a join button for upcoming group runs. For a full walkthrough, read How to Find a Run Club at runfrens.com/blog/how-to-find-a-run-club.

Is Run Frens free for runners and clubs?

Yes. Finding clubs, joining groups, and listing a running club are free. Organizers get a public, search-indexed club page with no listing fee.

How do I list my running club on Google?

Add your club on Run Frens. We publish a unique URL with SportsClub structured data and include it in sitemap.xml so Google, Bing, and AI assistants can discover your group, not only a city hub page.

Can beginners join a run club?

Absolutely. Filter clubs by beginner-friendly, all-levels, or social tags. Many groups offer walk-run sessions, couch-to-5K training, and welcoming weekend meetups. See How to Join a Run Club at runfrens.com/blog/how-to-join-a-run-club for first-run etiquette and what to bring.

Does Run Frens have an iPhone app?

Yes. Download Run Frens on the App Store to find run clubs, follow group runs, and manage your club from your iPhone.
