45runcrew is a running club in Seoul, South Korea. 45runcrew emerged from Seoul streets in March 2022 when Chaewon decided that Tuesday nights belonged to runners. What started as a simple invitation, show up and run, has grown into a movement of over seventy members bound by pace-blind philosophy and genuine curiosity about the city. The crew's design, marketing, and films all carry Chaewon's vision: running together should never be complicated. Every pace has a place, every runner is welcome. From city streets to mountain trails to track sessions, 45runcrew rotates the format each week, but the Tuesday night commitment remains constant, woven into Seoul's running culture.
